This game really isn't very good. The graphics are not very good. The technical aspects aren't very good. The set of understood commands is also very slim. There are not enough synonyms, and the author doesn't attempt to allow various combinations of the words to be understood either. The worst part about this game however is about the plot. It is bad enough that is a ripped off idea, but nothing really new is added. It doesn't add a new aspect the old Star Trek show, it just rehashes old plots. And doesn't even do it very well. The game moves to quickly from random situation to random situation and doesn't even have some sort of underlying plot. I can tell, however, that Derek does have a love for AGI, and this is just the first of his efforts to make a game. If he keeps up working on games, he will eventually start making games that are closer to Sierra's original quality. So, I hope he keeps it up.
